THE BRAINS
FOUNDER & CEO
Ruby is a writer, creative and a wearer of many hats (literally and figuratively, see: fig. 1) who is constantly seeking the most thoughtful yet efficient way to get from point A to point B. She's all about collaboration, intuition, vague instructions and well constructed sentences.
Ruby currently lives in New York City and works in the editorial department at The Monacelli Press, a publishing company owned by Phaidon. Ruby graduated from the University of Michigan in the spring of 2020 with a degree in English and a minor in law and social change. Over the years, she has written for several noteworthy organizations including DBusiness Magazine, the Justice for Ellen Campaign and the Rocket Mortgage PGA Tour.
Ruby conjured up the idea for This Feels Right in the fall of 2019 and hasn't looked back since. Her passion is to bring accessibility to the arts and to illustrate the value of self-expression.
Ruby loves strawberry licorice, a classic serif font, weird looking creatures, well designed chairs, authentic smiles and the smell of a freshly printed book. She's the most textbook Leo on the planet and she can't stop thinking about how long it takes to get hungry but how little time it takes to get full.
